The empty inkjet cartridges that we have been receiving, are inspected by our professional team - known for their thoroughness. The highest quality is crucial to us, and this is why cartridges, if damaged must be rejected.

Please see the most common reasons for rejection:

1.  Scratches on the metal plate of the printhead (all sorts of dots,
bulges, dents as well)
2.  Missing metal plate on a printhead
3.  Broken off plastic parts of a cartridge
4.  Burned electronic tape
5.  Ripped off electronic tape
